Secret Santa Name Generator is free to use, with no account and nothing to sign up for. By using it you agree to these few terms.
Using the site
You can use the name generator and everything else here for free, for your own gift exchanges, at home, at school or at work. Please don't use it to harass anyone, to send links that pretend to come from someone else, or for anything unlawful.
The names, rules and details you type are yours. The privacy page says where they go: into your own browser and into the links and messages you choose to send, never to this site's server.
What the site can and can't promise
The draw follows the rules you set and picks at random. The site doesn't send messages for you and can't know whether a link reached the right person, so check your list before you draw and send each link to the person it's for.
The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, its owner isn't liable for a draw, a lost link or a gift exchange that doesn't go to plan.
