This page settles the order and nothing else. How many times a gift can be stolen, when it freezes and who gets the last turn are house rules: the White Elephant rules page lists the usual choices and prints yours on one page. If your group has only played Secret Santa, here is how it differs from Secret Santa: everyone brings one wrapped gift for the pile, and nobody is assigned a person.
Every order is equally likely. The page shuffles with your browser's cryptographic random numbers, and nothing is sent or saved: reload the page and the list is gone. Draw again replaces the order, so if it matters to your group, draw once while everyone watches.
White Elephant Number Generator
Printable White Elephant numbers are the low-tech way to set the order: slips numbered 1 to however many players you have, folded into a bowl, one drawn by each player. Draw order does the same job with names, and Print order and slips puts each turn number on a cut-out slip, with the player's name on it if you like. To draw from a bowl instead, print numbers alone:

Number 1 opens the first gift. Number 2 opens a new gift or steals number 1's, and so on to the last number. Because number 1 never gets to steal, some groups give them one more turn at the end. Tick Player 1 gets a final turn to swap and the list, the copy and the printout all say so.
Yankee Swap Order Generator
A Yankee Swap is played in the same turn order as White Elephant, so the same draw works. Set Game to Yankee Swap and the reveal screen, the copied list and the printout say Yankee Swap. Dirty Santa and any other gift exchange with turns work the same way; Gift exchange keeps the wording general.
Couples who bring one gift between them get one turn: put them on one line with a plus sign. The list can take up to 200 players, and names pasted from a spreadsheet, an email or a group chat are cleaned up the same way as on the Secret Santa draw.
How to Do White Elephant Virtually
On a video call, share your screen and press Draw and reveal one by one, so everyone watches the order come up live, one name per press, in type large enough to read in a small video window. Keep the printed order sheet beside you: its Gift column is where you note who holds what after each steal.
The gifts need a plan before the call. Either everyone mails their wrapped gift to the host ahead of time and the host opens each one on camera when it's picked, or everyone keeps their own gift at home, unwraps it on camera when someone picks it, and ships it to its final owner after the game. The second way costs one delivery per gift instead of two, but people need each other's addresses, so collect them privately, not in the group chat. Either way, set a budget that includes shipping.
